Fantastic hotel in a very remote location in Begur, Costa Brava. The hotel is beautiful and if you are happy with relaxing at your accommodation for your stay, then this is very ideal. The staff however in general are far from ideal. Many have an arrogant persona from the start and often give off the impression they are doing you a favour by simply doing their job. The rooms are beautiful with great scenic views but lack the basic amenities that basic hotels would offer. Overall a beautiful hotel, just let down by a mixture of inept and incompetent staff.

Le restaurant n est pas a la hauteur d un parador. Très médiocre , cuisine insipide Poisson congelé donc trop sec , riz sans saveur , à ÉVITER . Personnel aimable qui se sent gêné de servir des plats aussi mauvais. Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons et la qualité se dégrade Je pense que nous ne reviendrons plus Même si les chambres sont belles et propres

La ubicación del parador es muy buena, aunque es imposible acudir a la cala que tiene al lado porque está excesivamente masificada, no se puede ni andar hacia el agua, solo alquilamos un barco un par de días y el resto tuvimos que ir a la piscina del parador, donde no hay tumbonas a no ser que la cojas al abrir la piscina. Lo pero fue que nos fallo el aire acondicionado y la habitación estaba a 29 grados, por lo que era imposible estar ni de día ni de noche. También nos sorprendió que el restaurante de la playa no estuviera incluido en la media pensión, ya que lo ofertan como un restaurante del parador pero en ningún momento te avisan que deber pagarlo aparte.

Baño indecente cal en ducha, moho en azulejos y moho en techo. Primera vez que me pasa en un Parador Nacional. El camarero de la terraza nos ponía los vasos cogiéndolos por arriba con los dedos. No me extraña era su constumbre. Ya me paso en Marrakesh
